Organizational Structure

To serve our customers better, we do believe in flat organizational structure & do not have any bureaucratic hurdles with any of our partner. The number of people directly supervised by each manager is large, and the number of people in the chain of command above one is small.


The team of advisors meet on regular basis to discuss the future products, should be introduce in our portfolio. They have options, available from leading companies of the world. After careful review, in assistance of Head of Business Development, products are being added on regular basis.

Once a products is finalized, a Product Managers do a comprehensive review & responsible to nurture the product & serve our customers with easy to understand product literature. Product Manager is also responsible for having regular feedback from patents | doctors | chemists | distributors to adjust future product strategies accordingly.


Area manager is the most important person in this hierarchy, responsible for the product availability to all chemists, hospitals through respective distributors & detailing to general physicians & consultant with support of his sales team.

All area managers are supervised by respective Product Managers & a dedicated Marketing Managers. Whole Pakistan is divided in 13 districts & we have plan establishing our network in all 13 district & covering almost 25,000+ Pharmacies countrywide through our extensive distribution network.
