Manpro

Each MANPRO Capsule contains Lansoprazole 30mg in enteric-coated micro-granule formulation. MANPRO (Lansoprazole) is a substituted compound that suppresses gastric acid secretion by inhibiting Hydrogen / Potassium Adenosine Triphosphatase ( H+/K+ ATPase )
PROTON PUMP INHIBITOR (PPI)

MANPRO is rapidly and completely absorbed (81%-91%) with peak plasma concentration achieving in approx.1.5 hour after oral administration of a dose. Absorption is reduced if MANPRO (Lansoprazole) is taken with food. There is no significant effect of food on absorption when MANPRO is given before meals.

INDICATIONS

MANPRO is mainly indicated for:
- Duodenal Ulcer
- Benign Gastric Ulcer
- Gastro-Esophageal Reflux Disease (GERD)
- Erosive Esophagitis
- Barrett's Esophagus
- H.pylori eradication
- Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome
- NSAID-induced Ulcer
